How do I make experienced from construction useful for health care?

During my career in construction, conflicts sometimes arose between client and staff or staff to staff. As a supervisor it was up to me to find resolution before anything major arose and I am skilled at addressing people and conflict in a respectful manner.I was required to be keenly aware of anyone on my crew with a limitation both for production and safety and to handle the situation with a certain amount of control and compassion. I was in charge of transportation and I supervised the labor pools. This position could only be held by someone with an authoritative and fair attitude whose personality and background automatically calls for respect. I possess those qualities. Furthermore I am confident in my ability to work with people who need assistance.
